“I was really impressed by Tony’s ability to quickly diagnose the problem with my heating. Previously I had someone else look at the fact that the heating didn’t always turn off when I switched off the controller. That individual couldn’t find the cause of the issue which meant we were left in limbo. Tony diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to replace my thermostat with one that he had in his van. He resolved my issues quickly.”
